Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of TaskFlow (the "Service") by the organisation that registered a Workspace ("Company," "you") and its individual members. By registering a Workspace or logging in as an invited member, you agree to these Terms.

1.The Service

TaskFlow is a work-management platform providing project and task tracking, a daily task and to-do system, calendar and meeting scheduling, team messaging, and related reporting tools, organised per Company Workspace.

2.Accounts & Access

3.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4.Your Content & Data

Your Company retains ownership of all data it enters into the Service — tasks, projects, files, messages, and meeting content. We process this data solely to provide the Service to your Company, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.Third-Party Integrations

Where your Company chooses to connect third-party services — including Google Calendar and WhatsApp messaging — that use is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services outside our control.

6.Subscription & Plans

Access to the Service may be subject to a subscription plan selected by your Company, including limits on the number of users or projects. Continued access depends on your Company's plan remaining active and any applicable fees being paid, as separately agreed with [insert your billing/plan terms or "Softsparrow"].

7.Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a Company or individual account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or as required by law. A Company may stop using the Service at any time; certain data may be retained for a limited period afterward as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskFlow and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
